Yachtworld:  Did you know you cannot list your boat on this site without a boat broker?  Boat brokers pay anywhere from  $1200 per month on up.  The fees are a bit outrageous, but the exposure for selling the boats is well worth the cost.  It gives your boat immeasurable exposure through co-brokering (the ability for all brokers to view your boats for sale), MLS (multi-listing service), etc., etc.  Although you can search for brokers in your area, this site requires brick and mortar sales offices to be listed within the state.  Although we have sales agents nationwide, we do not have brick and mortar offices in every location.  Please contact me in this regard if your boat is not currently in Kentucky.  We can still deliver the utmost service to you and your buyers!

Boat Trader:  You pay anywhere from $35-$125 PER MONTH!  The less you pay the less ability/feautures you have to sell your boat.

Boats.com:  You pay anywhere from $30-$120 PER MONTH!  The less you pay the less ability/feautures you have to sell your boat.

HouseboatsPlus.com:  We deal strictly on a commission basis depending on where the boat is located.  The commission can go anywhere from 5% to 10% of the sales price.  However, type into your Google search bar the word "Houseboat" and see that our site is within the top 3 on the first page!  Imagine the exposure!

The fees below are a "One Time" listing fee, NOT a monthly fee.  This fee will be deducted from the comission paid when your boat sells!
